Raiders an After-thought?

51 degrees, cloudy, and windy.......A Perfect Day To Run.  On a day when we didn't necessarily run our best, the Raider Girls were able to pull off a 4th place finish behind conference foes, Wheaton Academy and Aurora Central Catholic.  With only one PR on the group by Raider Of The Meet Mikayla Jacoby, the Raiders have reason to be optimistic.  Mikayla had a huge day taking a ton of time off of her previous best. Well done Mikayla!  While the Warrior Invitational was our first opportunity in a while to run against 2A schools, the Raider Girls were able to place 3 in the Top 20 on the Varsity and Open Races.  The Varsity were led by Abby Schlenker, Courtney Knight, & Ava Childs while the open race featured award winners Grace Gibson, Hanna Johnson, and Bianca Lupa.  Is this a preview of The Conference Meet?  I hope our opponents think so! Next up is our annual trip to Metamora. Are you ready Raiders?
