Raiders Finish 9th at State Meet

The Raiders capped an improbable run to end the 2014 season, finishing in 9th place at the IHSA State Cross-Country Meet this past Saturday, November 8. The top 7 from the state meet were: Becca Sippel, All-state in 9th place, Caroline Arlasky, just missing All-State in 29th, Ava Childs in 95th, Abby Schlenker in 119th, Courtney Knight in 123rd, Reganne Schihl in 145th, and Becca Everhart in 161st. This marks the 3rd year in a row the Raiders have placed in the top 10. It also marks the 3rd year in a row the Raiders have had an All-State finisher. Other participants in the State Series included: Chloe Fry, Jayme Schlenker, Alyssa Flores, Erica Mote, Bri Fonseca, and Lauren Washington.
